"I will never purchase from this company again. Ruined the Birthday surprise I had set up for my daughter. Were to be delivered in AM but delivered a 3:00 PM. She had already left work for the day. I had to get the arrangement and bring them to her...lost the surprise factor! Then the arrangement was very POOR quality and over half the fruit was bad. So I actually lost the surprise factor for my daughter and the money I paid for the arrangement."

"Gigantic Shout out and THANK YOU to the young man who assisted me today. I had ordered other gifts for delivery and 2 other companies cancelled without notice. I think his name is Michael, he said the driver was gone and I assumed they’d cancel too. Tomorrow 1-15 is my 8th Wedding Anniversary, and I’m out of town for work, and I thought nothing would make it in time, Michael thank you so much, this really was ABOVE and Beyond!! My husband received it and loved it!"

Keesha is the manager and still has not called me back days later after i complained because two employees proceeded to laugh at me on the phone because i asked for a refund for never receiving my product. employee told me i WILL NOT be receiving a refund. they never called me and kept changing delivery times and my nephew did not receive his gift on his birthday. my sister had to go pick it up and it was sitting in the back and apples were already brown and nasty. i had to complain to corporate because i still have not had a callback from the manager and was refused any kind of refund. i will not and do not recommend edible arrangements in diberville Mississippi. some employees need to be FIRED"
