"My grandmother recently passed away and I was trying to find a local company to help move her belongings. The woman who answered the phone was not very nice or professional. I guess they have multiple companies and different numbers so I accidentally called her back and instead of her simply saying oh ma’am I am so sorry you accidentally called us again she was snarky cut me off and sounded irritated. Definitely glad I don’t have to use them because I wouldn’t want to spend my money with a company who has such poor service. Service matters but not to this phone operator."
