Cadence Bank

"So let me tell you about my experience at Cadence bank, Bienville Blvd., Ocean Springs, MS! I opened my personal account last year FOR CONVENIENCE ONLY, to have a local bank. I also have my business account at Cadence. I kept the bank I’ve used over 15 years for my payroll and bill pay. The check was a significant amount so of course I expected a hold! What I wasn’t expecting was a teller to ask me why I had the check? WHAT? The check didn’t state what it was for! She went on to tell me that she didn’t know me and repeatedly said, we were on camera! The check didn’t say what the funds were for! IF YOU KNOW ME… I told her I would NOT tell her what my check was for. It said for deposit only! Needless to say, once I finish my business, I WILL BE CLOSING BOTH ACCOUNTS!!!!!"

"It's nice to know we're just numbers to this pathetic corporation. The tellers here are awesome!!! There's no issue to note of any of them, and I'm sorry to imagine them lumped In with this review. But this pathetic corporation just plays number games to maximixe fees against you. Bank elsewhere. You'll thank yourself and I later."
