"Ms. Starla went above and beyond for us, I can not express how amazing she is, if you have a tough situation this location is the one period. They helped us through a crazy year and Ms. Starla will be out taxe lady to the end, she needs a raise and promotion. I have never seen someone care and bend over backwards to help someone she's never met. The staff there is patient and understanding. Obviously management there is top notch because their employees are top notch as well. I would have given ten stars to this place. Facts"

"If you are an inexperienced taxpayer I strongly advise against H&R block. I filed 2020-2022 through them and they first gave me an incorrect return which was rejected (almost 3k in returns became owing 1.5k when done correctly) and then didn't inform me of late fees on the previous year amounting to over $600. When asked they told me I should have known about those on my own. What's the point of spending $800 on a tax expert who doesn't provide basic yet important advice?"

"**GO SOMEWHERE ELSE** I've been waiting 6 days for them to email my tax preparer (here in IL) a certain document that needed to be signed by someone who lives in MS. There is NO reason is to why that document wasn't emailed the same day that it was signed. Literally takes less then 5 mins. Kenneth (so called supervisor ) has been nothing but rude and lazy. My tax preparer has emailed him multiple times with zero communication back. I've been calling the past 2 days for that form to be emailed. How can a supervisor not know where an important document is?? I'll be getting in touch with corporate. When I called last night and spoke to Pamela (she had no idea what was going on) but guess what, she found the document!! Something Kenneth (a supervisor) wasn't capable of doing."

"Been waiting for my taxes for 3 months. Come to find out, they were messed up by h&r(Starla). Called for help. Carol was supposed to call me back at 1:30. She didn't so I called myself. Was again told someone would call me back. No one ever did. Paid over $500 for these services."
