"My package was at Brandon's post office this morning why is it being sent to Durant MS when I live in Brandon?"

"They never have items sent to me on time. Their missent three of my items and shipped back to jackdon twice when they were located in brandon. I've had my items in other people's mailbox. Their lazy and lie olabout they out for delivery and say their delivered when their not and I go look in mailbox to find it empty"

"This is about the 4th time that my packages from Amazon has been lost! I get a message saying that the package was delivered to my mail box. Go to check and it’s not there!! I am so angry right now. Called the number and can only speak to a machine! Either my packages are damaged or not delivered. And it’s always when our regular mail lady is off. This really makes me angry. I will not order again from Amazon until they change delivery services."

"Had a package supposedly delivered to my porch/garage or other secure place per text last week. It was left on the hood of my car!!!! Out in the open. It was worth over$100. Luckily saw the delivery text and went outside and looked all over for the package. Luckily I found it!!! This is unprofessional, unethical and just plain LAZY!!! Tried to call to complain but no one answered the phone."

"Wish there was a 0 star option. I just cancelled my prime account because of this post office. "Attempted Delivery" on every single package and such an inconvenience to have to always go there to pick up things that could of have been delivered. Worst post office ever! Lazy lazy LAZY. I've filed numerous cases against this post office only to have them call me back and say " this is not happening here, you're mistaken!" I'll resume my Prime membership when Amazon wakes up and starts using UPS or FedEx for front door delivery"
