"I’ve been waiting in the drive through for almost 10 minutes now and NO ONE has even spoken to me. Not even so much as glanced my way. I usually don’t have a problem, but the two girls you have here tonight are terrible. Please do better."

"Ordered a smoothie and a smoothie bowl, for my wife, through the app.. Both were excellent. The service was good. The only thing that worried me was no one acknowledge me, I had to ask the young lady if she got my order through the app. She was shy but very nice."

"It’s like pulling teeth just to get your order taken here. If you pull up to the speaker expect to be ignored for at least five minutes. Once your past that the drive through still takes about 15-30m with no one in line. Doesn’t even have a menu in the drive through either."

"Placed my order for 4 smoothies on Saturday 4/30 around 1:35 pm. Young lady told me that my order would take a while and I let her know that’s fine. When I pulled up to the window, she asked if I had cash since the card machine was not working. I asked for the total and she didn’t even place my order and asked me to repeat my order again? I asked if I could place my order on the app and she said NO since the card machine is not working. I pulled off and placed my order on the App and the order went through just fine with a order confirmation number. I watched many customers turned away and leaving back to back. The service was horrible today. My smoothie was horrible and taste like mop water. I spend a lot of money and can’t believe it was this bad today. They don’t want to work."

"I wanted a smoothie with mango that wasn't too sugary. The worker suggested the Mangofest. The smoothie was delicious and only $5 on 32 oz $5 Friday. After looking at my receipt, I realized the worker's name was Cole. Thank you for the conversation while waiting on my smoothie and overall being a friendly staff member. I enjoyed this particular location and will be back."
