"This post office is ridiculous how you charge for mailbox keys and now nobody receiving mail due to whatever issue but not explaining to customers why we’re not receiving mail at all this is becoming a big problem in Grenada, Mississippi but if a law suit is required I’ll be first in line because you people here are beyond ignorant"

"I have a lot of packages come in from amazon and a few other places just due to my work. and 7 out of 10 packages I get they get lost or delayed and I have to go to the office and ask and they always act like it is such a chore to see what the issue is. And most of the time it is either in the back and got overlooked or the carrier just did not deliver it. Any time there is a delay it really hurts our business and they just do not care."

"Wish I could give them zero stars! I always have to pick my packages up from post office, usually without an attempted deliver slip in the mailbox, bc the lady is "scared of my dogs", even after we bought and labeled a package box down the driveway like the post master told us too!! And if you contact the post master when there's a problem, there answer is ALWAYS "IT WAS A SUB WORKING YOUR ROUTE TODAY" even when I clearly see the mail lady's personal jeep on my road!!"
