"We were returning to Kansas after a week in Gulf Shores, Alabama when a an alert popped up on the dash indicating a problem with our MKX that required immediate service. The closest Lincoln-Ford dealership was Kirk Auto Company in Granada, Mississippi, about 70 miles from our location on I-55. We found the service representatives at the dealership very friendly, helpful and professional. They went out of their way to resolve our problem as soon as possible and had us back on the road in about an hour, which was much better than we were anticipating based on the service message that we had received.
