FedEx Drop Box

The FedEx Drop Box at 501 Court Street in Jackson, Mississippi, offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

These drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with a FedEx label that you provide. The drop boxes can accommodate packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" in size. Drop-off times vary by location, with many drop boxes now offering extended hours and Saturday pickup options.

To use the drop box, create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label and affix it to your package, then simply drop it off at the nearest FedEx Drop Box location. Please note that cash, check, or credit card payments are not accepted at the drop box.

If you have packages that are too large for the drop box, you can bring them to a nearby FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, Walgreens, Dollar General, or grocery store location for shipping. FedEx also offers packing and shipping services at their nationwide FedEx Office locations, as well as hazardous goods shipping at select FedEx Ship Centers.
