"I still take my animals here about time for their follow up appointments super excited to get them care at this location in particular. They have very competitive prices with payment after care and go above and beyond to make your animal and you feel comfortable."
"Convenient location, nice waiting area. Did not actually see a vet here. Was delivering kitties to a rescue."
"We cannot thank Claiborne Hill Vets and their staff, we rescued both our cats from their wonderful vet tech Hannah. Dr Strain and her staff are very attentive to your pets needs whether it be medical or boarding. All vets at Claiborne treat your pets like family and we travel over an hour each way to take them here. Don’t let negative reviews fool you this is the best veterinarian clinic in New Orleans."
"The results of one of our diagnostic tests was given to us 10 days later after it was received just 2 days after it was taken. This majorly delayed us seeking proper care for our 5 month old kitten's eye. Dr. Strain advised it wasn't her fault and was instead "the negligence of her staff." She rudely slammed the exam room door when we advised we no longer wanted them as our vet. She reacted very heartlessly to our situation and we ended up having to endure an extremely costly emergency surgery to save our kitten's physical eye, but not her sight. Our sweet baby is now blind in one of her eyes. She first saw the vet with a mild case of pink eye and just a few weeks later, she ended up with a burst corneal ulcer. There are so many amazing vets on the northshore. I would recommend seeking care elsewhere after all of the pain and suffering we have endured here."
