"My recent experience at the Dollar General distribution center was extremely frustrating. Despite arriving on time for my scheduled 22:00 appointment, there was no one available to unload my load, resulting in a three-day delay. This lack of organization and adherence to appointments is unacceptable, reflecting poorly on their customer service and efficiency. Disappointed with the overall experience."

"Arrived at 11pm for a next day 6am appointment. They have overnight parking and portable restroom on it. Checked in at 5:30am. Door assessed at 6:05am. Backed up on door at 6:30am. Done at 7:45am. Lumper service on site. They send you a link to your phone to pay for it. Receiving office is between doors 48 and door 49. You can stay in your truck while unloading"

"Ok, can't give a good review there was a weather event, my appointment was 07:00 I arrived 06:15 git to a door, 07:15 was empty at 15:20, they had packed docks no where to put freight. Friendly staff, for the most part, front security was a little slow for 13 degrees with wind chill. FD is usually quick, so this one will be blamed on the weather."

"I read the reviews and I thought O’ MY. I have to say, I had a great experience. 2.5 hours. Not bad considering they were jam packed. I felt at home, staff was great. Break room nice. Over night parking. DG I’m looking forward till coming back. This was the best rate I’ve got in a while. Hope to come back next week"

"I do not advise to take the downloads here, staple 11 hours to unload, conditions, no conditions in the ocular mudcoat on the parking lot."
