"A driver of VSC pulled out in front of me on Hwy 61 heading north approximately at 8:14a.m. I had to jam on my brakes to avoid hitting truck. I got over in right lane for the driver and foolishly, the driver also came over in right lane speedily. Not safe driving at all. So.vsc find out who that driver is and tutor him on the correct way to enter oncoming traffic."
