"I have called for three weeks in a row to speak to Dr. Hill. I recieved no call backs after I was promised three times that I would. The receptionist was rude and unconcerned about my animal needs. I called back this morning and expressed to her my complaints and then put on hold. Then Dr. Hill magical appears on the phone and asked me "what was the problem that I had with his girls." I told him that I had been trying to reach him for three weeks. He said that he had a list of people to call because of the snow and that if I was unhappy I could take my business somewhere else". However, it wasn't snowing three weeks ago. Dr. Hill began making excuses for his poor staffing. At this point I see that their lack of professionalism and I definitely will be looking for a better veterinarian practice that has better customer service for our 30 horses."
