"Staff members at the front desk gossiping most of the times . Patients calling for nurses to come in to assist them and the nurses are huddled at the desk ignoring the patient. Management do not return calls regarding the care of family members love ones. Some of the staff members are yell at patients. I also saw good staff members at the facility doing a excellent job. Some of the lazy nurses need to be fired and reported to licensing."
