I called with a question about how I should phrase a request for solving an issue with my landlord and the person who answered immediately launched into a lecture - voice raised - about how I had failed to contact my landlord. They didn’t even take the time to listen to my issue. Obviously, you get what you pay for but I would have been better off not wasting the time on hold just to be yelled at by a stranger. Look elsewhere."

"I was give a lawyer for a child custody case that would notify me when there was a court date only. A couple days in advance, he knew I had moved out of state. He never answered phone calls and emails. I had to repot him. He did more harm than help. I would never use them again. He didn’t care. I told him I was getting harassed by the child father and he asked me to call him. My advice is to save every penny and do whatever to get money because you get exactly what you pay for here."
