"I decided to go elsewhere. The lady was rude and it seems like maybe she just wanted the insurance money. She kept pushing me to schedule appointments for my son when he was already able to get a valuated for free and get services through the school district. No compassion whatsoever."

"My daughter has been going here for awhile and her speech therapist has been wonderful. It was fine until recently my father passed away suddenly and my family and I had to leave and travel back to our home state on short notice. All was fine until we get a call about a check that bounced but come to find out it took 3 WEEKS TO BE CASHED, which was the end of a 3 week pay period and we had to deplete our funds to get back home to be with family and make funeral arrangements. Well we endup having to cut our trip short because we kept being harassed by this company about the check we didn't know bounced till we were already out of state. We go to pay the amount owed and we are still getting harrased because we brought in a check and when we explained that we had the funds when we wrote it,and that it bounced because it took so long we were told that the owner doesn't have time to get checks CASHED on time. Maybe if the owner doesn't have time to cash the checks, then they should take card payments. We will not be returning and we will tell everyone we know, how inconsiderate the owner is."

"Awful experience. Arrived for my appointment 20 minutes early. I rang the bell. They came out and told me they didnt have my daughter on their schedule and that the office manager would be there any minute. Took the day off of work for my appointment and my daughter was never seen. Will request a new speech therapist"

"I was not at all pleased with the service we received here. After an evaluation and two visits I have cancelled all other appointments. I was never sent home with any type of exercises to work with my daughter at home and was advised by another speech therapist that if you're not working with the right tools at home that going to therapy once or twice a week is not going to make a difference. The other speech therapist sent me lots of info on what we should be doing at home and it has already been helpful. After two visits of being told "She's not cooperating so we will try next time." I felt like my money was being wasted. I also feel like they should have a better facility. The offices are small and make shift. Not welcoming at all and didn't seem like a good learning environment. Hopefully they make improvements."
