"We went to Bottletree Animal Hospital after getting Reggie and learning he was a patient. We decided to keep him there and have not been disappointed. Dr. Garcia and all the staff have been so nice and love to see Reggie and I come in, well mostly Reggie. He loves going to Bottletree. He gets excited when he sees we are pulling up. Dr. Garcia goes above and beyond to take care of him, and I really appreciate it. When he was ill, she checked him several times a day over the weekend and kept me updated on how he was doing. Jasmine does and excellent job with Reggie's grooming. As a Golden, we have found he needs grooming every 2 months. Everyone seems to be excited when Reggie walks in the door and his tail is going crazy. He has to go and see everyone in the front office. All my questions are answered and all services are discussed before I leave him. He just had his teeth cleaned and they are beautiful! I always feel comfortable when I leave him in their care. ""Amazing" doesn't even begin to cover how great Bottletree and all of its staff are. When other places told me I'd need to sedate my fussy dogs for nail trims, Bottletree figured out a way to do it without drugs (apparently singing to my pups works like a charm!). From routine vet visits to dealing with medical problems, the vets, techs and receptionists were always kind and caring and seemed genuinely happy to see my dogs. I've never felt more comfortable boarding, and it was such a relief to be able to drop them off and know they'd be safe and happy. Thank you!"

"I needed to board my cat on extremely short notice and they not only accommodated me, but my cat received such exceptional care! They took such great care of him and got all of his medical stuff done in a really reasonable amount of time! I had four different employees come up to me and tell me how much the loved my cat. Every time I called Bottle-tree, someone picked up on the phone within the first ring (which is extremely uncommon for various animal hospitals/shelters in this area). Sabrina, Christina, and Sophia were particularly excellent and made sure I got everything I needed and more. I was really nervous about leaving my cat for three days, but they made me feel so at ease as they played with my cat so much and sent me multiple photos. I couldn't recommend this place enough!"
