"This is the worst bank I've ever had. We got a car threw them back when covid hit and my wife is a nurse so around 7 months ago we found out she had a tumor on her spine and she had to have her back cut open and it removed. The insurance company paid the car note for the whole time. My wife then returned to work and the back sent us a letter saying the car note was behind due to the fact the insurance company had star5ed paying 1 month late and the interest is now at 3000 so even though we haven't missed a payment since she started back they still wanna get the car. So this is what happens when u put your life on the line and then something happens to u this bank will kick u when u down"
