"After hernia surgery, I was very weak in my abdominal muscles. I couldn’t lift anything over 20 pounds, which limits a great amount of things. I can now lift all my groceries including cat food and water. My abs, while not firm, are much stronger and secure. During the therapy my shoulder was recognized as being compromised from a previous surgery. Because of the great care and exercises given by Jena and her staff, Jacob and Chelsea, my shoulder is 100% efficient in all activities."
