"Shipped a new motorcycle from Texas to the Gulf Coast. The ABF Ops people made the shipment (almost) stress free, sharing an ABF tracking site, along with updates on delivery. The driver assisted with his palette jack, and the bike arrived damage-free. Can't ask for more than that."

"Not a regular customer but deal with them over 20 years, never felt bad about them. But this time, it was great. Need to ship two crates to Canada. Lady in their office is super friendly. I asked a lot of questions, she always answer patiently with a attitude showing she was happy to help. Nice!! Gentleman at the dock was great also. When I brought in the crates, he took them off my trailer with different forks. Not just acting willing to help but all his body language showed he was eager to help and do it the right way. It is hard to find employee like that nowadays. Fast, fast, fast delivery! I paid them Friday morning. I get the notice from recipient merchandise already clear custom Monday afternoon. They said the office in Canada was super friendly too. ABF clerk over there walk them through procedures in details about how to deal with custom office. Actually it wasn’t their job, but they did it that made the custom clearing smoothly. Shipping rate was inline with the rest of the quotes. But they dropped the price couple hundreds dollar after they weighted and measured the crates in their facility. There are many freight company, but a large company who has branches worldwide made transaction much smoothly, with a decent rate, and friendly helpful employees is hard to find."

"I just want to give a huge SHOUTOUT and how PLEASED we are after moving across the country with help from ABF FREIGHT & U-PaAck!! We just moved from Fresno, CA to Ocean Springs, MS. We highly recommend ABF FREIGHT/U-PACK. On both ends with ABF FREIGHT the dispatch and drivers were so kind, helpful and did everything possible to make our move easier. We ended up having to use part of a 3rd trailer so they came and picked up and dropped off quickly even though they didn’t have much notice. Each driver on both ends were always helpful and did everything they could for us!! Even though I was quite skeptical about shipping ALL of my belongings across the country, speaking with dispatch and also the nice people at U-PACK I felt comfortable and didn’t stress. They added me to the schedule very quickly, called ahead of time, and showed up promptly, just like you would expect from a delivery company when everything runs like it's supposed to. The driver (I didn't get his name, sorry!)and Gabrielle, the person who scheduled it, were very friendly too. I would recommend them for any final mile deliveries."

"ABF Freight delivered a couch for me that I had ordered on Amazon to be delivered just inside the door, and what great service! I was able to call and move up my delivery, and they were sure to call ahead and work with me to meet me at my home after work. The driver was so courteous, patient, and helpful and I heard not one complaint about getting these large packages up a flight of stairs and through my front door. He even stayed and help me open up the packages to be sure everything was there and in good condition. Thank you!!"
