"This McDonald’s is conveniently located in Biloxi on Highway 90 by casino Row. Aka… the casinos. Did drive through on a Saturday afternoon. The service was speedy and no confusion. Easy to get in easy to get out. I ordered burgers and a special order too. They were fresh juicy delicious definitely would recommend this McDonald’s."
"Things need to change at this McDonald's. One guy spent 30 minutes mopping behind the counter and not helping through the rush. We saw several employees, but no one helped Michael at the counter. Michael deserves a raise! He was the hardest working employee there. He took the order, delivered the order, and helped 15 people that needed assistance with extra items like condiments and napkins, all with a smile. Other employees stood around watching like hey, that's not my job. Once the rush passed, Michael cleaned tables and worked the entire time until we left. Be careful, or you may lose one of the best employees you have."
"Great place and one of the few open for dining or pickup after an evening of gaming. Great customer service and timing for this hungry couple. We will return in the future. Many blessings to all for the New Year!"
"We ordered a decent order just small, for three people, we ordered online keep in mind. When we get to the location the line was to the entrance of the drive through like normal, but we got up to the window and they give us the food, I asked if it was the double crispy chicken, with all the sauce we ordered because we love sauces with our food!!?, well he said yes all the sauce is there and everything is good to go, we waited in that line for an hour and 15 minutes ridiculous for the small amount of cars there, we got our food and drove off tired as heck, it was 11 when we got there and we almost left at 1 in the morning, well we get home and the fries were cold, not a single sauce in the bag and we paid 3 dollars extra for the double crispy only to be met with a single crispy on the bun! I worked in a McDonald’s and I know it isn’t that hard in there :(, well I’m sad to say this has been one of the worst experiences in a place I usually and good with."
