"Psycamore's IOP sessions made a huge impact on my life! As someone who suffers from severe anxiety and depression, I found the therapists at Psycamore to be understanding and supportive. As with any intensive therapy, it wasn't always easy - but everyone is there to guide you through the hard parts. We even had weekly yoga sessions for relaxation. This was my first group therapy experience, and Psycamore made it an amazing one! As an extra perk, they have programs for children and adolescents as well. The staff is courteous and friendly and the facility is clean and inviting. 10 out of 10, I would Highly recommend!"

"Psycamore was...well a life saver. I came from a long story that ended with me up and down but finally medicated. However my life still felt...off. So I came here. It's an intensive program, not for lasting therapy. I was in the evening program, 3 hours a week in group therapy. I spent several months there, going 4 days a week, then 3. I saw people come and go over time, but it was all...amazing. It was the most difficult thing i've ever done in my life. It was also the most rewarding. They're kind, but firm. A lot of times I felt frustrated with the leaders, but I kept pushing myself and they kept pushing me. In the end...i'm doing a lot better now. They broke me down, guided me through my trauma and other issues, then gave me tools to fend off the beasts, so to speak. I learned a lot more than I thought, and a lot more than, at the time I wanted to. But it was all worth the difficulty. I graduated February 2023 and wear my necklace proudly. I had it easier than some and worse than others. But I will say that my experience sucked at the time. 3 stars at most lol. But now? Hindsight being 20/20, every minute of every hour I spent there was worth it. I went from an anxious person with difficulty living, to someone armed against my mental demons. I still struggle, but now I know that getting up again is worth it. I give every good thanks in my heart to them, they were, as I said, lifesavers."
