"Just had them call me for a debt that was paid off in 2021 and they said I still owed them. Watch out people! They are a scam company working for the Gestapo. It is not a law firm, but a collection agency in sheep's clothing. Rude, inconsiderate, and has no clue how to run a real company. Scum of the earth that work there. I have no clue how their employees sleep at night. Geez, I could never work for someone like that for any amount of money. Stay far away from this scam company!"

"I have had pleasant dealings with this law group up until today! And when they say one bad apple spoils the bunch it is absolutely true! The woman i talked to today was so rude to me, and all i did was ask for the name of the collection agency who has bought out an old credit card debt i had from years ago. The garnishment on my wages was paid in full and i am trying to speed up the process of having it taken off my credit. She says to me "you literally just made your last payment on January 31st", and then hung up in my face. Needless to say, the call was recorded and i called back and reported her and the gentleman i spoke with could not have been nicer. He told me he would personally pull the recorded call and handle it accordingly!!! So someone is about to have a really bad afternoon. People, if you dont like working or talking to the public please find more suitable employment for your nasty attitude. RANT OVER!!!!!"

"Very unprofessional. I never contacted this law firm in my life. They called my cell phone number on a very muffled line (the lady speaking sounded as if she was still asleep) saying I had "unhandled business" with their firm and asked me to verify my date of birth, last four of social, and address. I asked what this was regarding before I verified my information, which they would not tell me. They then told me they would document my refusal and hung up on me."

"I have to choose a star, therefore I chose 1. I called to gain clarification on a matter and to follow up. The assistant that answers the phone calls was extremely rude and argumentative. She spoke over me, and questioned why I waited so long to inquire, after the attorney clearly did not contact me in regards to court nor the issue at hand to settle. The firm claims to have no documentation on a court appearance that I and the firms representative showed up for. She claims that court day never happened and I was lying. I have court documents dated, stamped and signed by the judge, once I stated that, she yelled at me and put me to a voice mail which NOONE has called me back. I also was never served a summons to appear in court and had to take 2 unpaid days off of work due to filing motions for court. This place is extremely unprofessional and should not be in business to practice. They are very unethical and possess zero integrity."
