"I have had this bank for decades and not had a problem. Recently , I had a CD maturing so I sent maturity instructions before the renew date. Those were IGNORED and the CD closed. I sent 2 more messages plus a phone call where I had to leave a voice mail which WAS NOT returned. Closed all my accounts the following week. NON RESPONSIVE to your needs."
