FedEx Ground 8505 Nail Road, Olive Branch, MS 38654

"I live 5 hours away. The shipper is in Corinth Ms.not too far away from Fedex Hub. Sometimes the package arrives in less than 24 hours on My doorstep,which demonstrates what Fedex "can do". Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 days,comeback what !??? Thats a wide margin for a company that prides itself as being the best ontime delivery in the whole universe. The last package delivered was stabbed "twice" by forklift and ruined product inside of box. So it just shows that when They are good,They are real good and when They are bad They are really bad. That is purely management failure. But its Memphis...what do you expect..."

"This facility allowed us to deliver a day early. The lady at the front gate was very helpful, directing us where to go since it was our first time delivering to this location. The guy in the line haul office was also helpful, but he said we’d have to keep calling the number he gave me to check if our trailer was empty. He said we could park with the bobtails across from the backside of the office and we could use the showers located inside the bathroom in the line haul office. ***THE LINE HAUL OFFICE IS AT THE FAR END FROM THE ENTRANCE, ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE BUILDING*** When I called the number he gave me, the lady was not helpful at all. She said we were not in the system and to check down by the entrance where the empty trailers are kept to see if we had been unloaded. Okay. Fortunately, we were unloaded when we went to check. We were floor loaded at Walmart so there wasn’t an issue with anything being left inside our trailer. Also, the entrance is on the far end of the property. You have to pass about three exits before you’ll find the entrance and guard shack."

"There should be accountability for managers and upper management in the company that allows employees to take advantage of their horrible work ethics. My package was delivered to the wrong address and now immediately the response from FedEx was so disappointing even after sending photos of my location explaining that no one in my neighborhood has a house liked the photo taken by driver. So now I’m thinking…is everyone working together on the disappearing of packages at this FedEx ground location in Olive Branch. FedEx completely ruined my holidays and I’m the only one who suffered from this and it’s been treated like a joke by FedEx. I think a one star is definitely too much, should be -5 not professional level."

"Driver straight up stole my package. Dude pulled up to the house before mine and drove past to the one after. Never stepped foot out of the vehicle. Took a pick from the driveway of neighbor’s house. Says package was deliver at front door. All of this was recorded on multiple cameras in the neighborhood. Called customer service and was told the package would be there within 24 hours. Nothing!"
