"The people are nice, hence the two stars. I'm an outside carrier, and this lot is tiny and filled with equipment that all need to be repaired. Perhaps firing the entire maintenance team top to bottom and starting from fresh would help? This weekend has been awful, doing runs for JBH, and I've spent more time with roadside than actually driving because the equipment is all way under par. I've never had so many problems with their trailers as I've had in the last week. All at very picky shippers too. Usually JBH has more pride."

"They will not call ahead, will wait exactly 1 minute on your porch, not call you to verify that you're home within that 1 minute, and not even look back as you're chasing them down the street. Furthermore, their customer reps won't do anything except reschedule you for a week out."

"I love this company I work there now, it's a pain, get a hold to someone at night but day time they are on it, safety amazing I can crack jokes, they treat everyone like family cant complain."

"Yard is small and can be crowded at night. Did not go inside the actual facility as I just needed to use the shop. Everyone here seems nice and friendly. They do have fuel here."

J.B. Hunt, changes need to be made-I’m OTR and as a driver. We already are limited of places to park. I just wanted to find a safe place to park and get a good nights rest."
