"My mother went to this location this morning and the lady at the drive thru window was RUDE! My mother said her feelings was hurt because the lady hollered at her the entire time. My mother said this will be her last visit to this location because of the lady at the drive thru window. This is not her first visit; at the her last visit she encountered the same rude woman. Who is the manager? Why are they not dealing with this lady? I see others have complained about the same women with the braids. When are ya'll going to do something?"
"Came here for lunch, and they always want you to wait behind the yellow pole so they can cheat on the wait time clock. Is there a manager on site, if so you have to be witnessing this.
