"Took my boy Jax in this morning for the first time to see Tricia for a nail trim. I have never been more impressed with friendly customer service and the way she handled my pup. She was calm, kind, loving and sweet. He walked in, got his nail clipped and we weee in and out within 15 minutes. Seamless! Thanks Tricia! Shout out to Ed who is the best store manager I’ve ever meet!"
