The grooming services at PetSmart are exceptional. My dog always comes out looking and feeling like a million bucks after a grooming session here. The groomers are not only skilled but also incredibly gentle and patient, making the experience stress-free for my furry companion."

"A bit hard to locate workers and oftentimes a good percent of their fish are dead or ill, but besides that it’s wonderful! They do an amazing job maintaining the enclosures and helping as much as they can once spotted. I’m very thankful for the few that do work here to keep the store staffed :)"

"I was lied to on the phone , I was told they had a product that they didn’t. I fought the awful traffic to get there, and they didn’t have it. One of the staff there was very unfriendly and dare I say rude. The 3 stars is for the first young lady that assisted me who was very kind and compassionate. She is the only reason I purchased a product that may or may not work."
