"Everything looked completely dim and dark. The monkey was so sad and cold looking. The fish looked hungry. This place had really went downhill fast. I feel so sad for these animals. I used to love bringing my kids here. I would NEVER bring children here. It's just so sad."
"We bought a sugar glider in October. She died after 4 days. The owner told us to bring her back and he would send her to a vet and try to determine what happened. After 2 weeks the owner told us that he had babies and had our name on one when they were ready to go. We called today and were told that all the babies had been sold, and the one he saved for us had died! So now we have over $200 worth of supplies and no sugar glider... not to mention a broken hearted daughter that had been waiting all this time for a broken promise!"
"Amazing staff. Store was pretty dang big too. Animals looked like they were well taken care of. Wide variety of reptiles. They had bunnies, spiders, snakes, even a monkey to watch. Prices seemed to be on par with online or other shops. Staff was super nice and let my daughter hold the bunny. Will definitely purchase next pet from here."
