"Incredibly pushy once he decided what was wrong with me without giving me a chance to actually explain what I was saying. I came in for irregular periods I was having. He told me I was just taking my birth control wrong. Interrupted me multiple times when I tried to explain what was happening to give me the same speech over and over. Then when I gave up and told him I would just take the pills I was already on the exact way he was describing to take them, he pushed for me to go on a different birth control I said no to due to previous side effects. Again, not listening. By the way, if not taking my pills correctly is the problem and I "bleed every time I stop taking the pills" (note: stopped taking the pills after bleeding began like you do when your cycles are regular and was not given previous instructions saying otherwise), where is the bleeding I should be experiencing because I haven't taken a pill since I left his office trying to trigger the bleeding he said should immediately happen? So I can take the yet another birth control by HIS instructions to the T as soon as possible. Difficult to trust a doctor that is pushy to the point of causing his vulnerable patients to cry then have the gall to ask if they're crying due to "personal things""
"I’ve Been Intending To Write A Review About Him For The LONGEST But Every Time, It Slipped My Mind. The Office Experience Was Good That’s The ONLY Reason Whyy There’s One Star. I Told Him That I Wanted To Have My Daughter Vaginally & I Did NOT Want To Have A C Section. But He Pressured Me Into Getting Induced When I Wasn’t Supposed To Cuz My Blood Pressure Was NEVER High. Soo When I Got Induced, I Was Pressured Into Getting A C Section That I Once Again, DID NOT WANT. I Feel Like He Was Playing Off Of My Fear Of Having Her Vaginally W/ No Epidural & He Kept Saying That There’s No Telling If She Will Still Come Later When It Wears Off & I Couldn’t Go To Anyone Else Cuz I’d Put Myself At Risk & My Daughter. Keep In Mind That The Whole Time My Family & My Boyfriend’s Family Was Expressing Their Concerns & Kind Of Snapping On Him For Doing What He Did, He Was Smiling Like Something Was Funny. & Cuz He Did This, My Boyfriend Had To Walk Out The Room Cuz He Was Soo Angry That He Wanted To Put Hands On Him. ***We Also Feel Like He Was Being Money Hungry Cuz The More Surgeries He Do, The More Money He Gets. & Trust Me, I’m NOT The Only One That Had To Go Through This. There Was Another Woman The Same Day At The Hospital Saying She Was Going Through The Same Thing & I’ve Read A Review About Another Woman Going Through Something Like This But I Ignored It & I Shouldn’t Have. Now He Has Possibly Ruined My Chances On Having Any Of My Future Kids Vaginally. My New OB Said That There’s A Possibility For Me To Have A VBAC W/ My Next One But All I Can Do Is Pray That God Will Let Me Be Able To Have A Successful VBAC & Not Have To Endure Another C Section. If I Could Go Back In Time, I Would’ve NEVER Went W/ Him & I Wouldve Went W/ Someone That’s 10,000 Times Better."
"Dr Goodfellow and his staff are absolutely a blessing. He has been my provider for over 10 years and always caring and gentle. I always recommend him to others for your care and health concerns. I wouldn't want anyone else to care for me.Thank you Doc and your team."
"When I was pregnant with my first baby in 2021 I got recommended to dr.good fellow by a pregnant friend of mine at the time, I was very sick and I tried telling him that I couldn’t keep anything down not even water, I was in the hospital multiple times because of it and even lost a good job due to my sickness. When I asked for zofran he instead prescribed me promethazine and 5 other medications if you actually look into the medication it hasn’t even been fully tested enough to let these pregnant women have, after being denied zofran I had no other option. I was miserable and nobody was listening to me at all not saying it was because of the medication but I ended up losing my first child at 10 weeks after I heard the heartbeat only once during my pregnancy and only have one photo of my child. And I only heard the heartbeat for 4 seconds because my ultrasound had to be done at the hospital for whatever reason, anyways if y’all read till here I just want to make a comparison between him and my new doctor, a few things I’ve noticed when I first arrived in his office he never drew any blood, I was changed into a gown and felt up basically it made me uncomfortable even with nurse beside. I had to get blood work done at the hospital to even know my hcg levels or if anything was wrong. My current doctor with my second pregnancy has made me feel so much better about this pregnancy they actually listens to my concerns and fears and prescribed me prenatals that actually don’t make me sick they’ve helped me with my morning sickness and on my first appointment I had all the blood work done for the safety of me and my child I wasn’t changed into a gown and looked at and I get doctors do different things different ways, I just wouldn’t recommend him, his office, or even merrit health they are all not good places and if you can find somewhere better please go there I promise you it’s so much worth it."
"I don’t personally care for going to the OBGYN, but I have to say Dr. Goodfellow is very easy to talk to, listens and is very thorough. He tells you like it is, but at the same time respects your opinion. I had dysplasia, and come to find out it was worse than he thought, but the procedure he did got it all out. He’s also been through some other things with me and now my pregnancy. I recommend this DR and awesome staff to anyone! I would not go anywhere else willingly!"
