"So I contacted this company to get a quote on a very large amount of catfish feed and the representative, Reagan, who stated that she doesn't know anything about quotes, stated that she would pass along the message to the sales department, but refused to give me the email of the sales department of someone name Charlie Hogue. This was 1 week ago. I just called back and Reagan basically stated that there was nothing that she could do because it's not her department. So I asked them are they still in business and she said yes. I asked her to give me the email of the sales department again, and she said NO. I was recommended by another company to Delta Western, but they have fallen very short of the recommendation that I received. I must be dumb, because I thought business were in the business of making money, and it seems that they are just answering the phones over there. I called back and left a message that said don't worry about sending my message again, that I don't think I will be doing business with them now or ever in the future. I know my little business is not going to dent them, but IF you are looking to get pricing information from this company don't bother, especially if you talk to Reagan because all she is there to do is say hello, thank you and goodbye. Unless you have the number or email of someone in the sales department, don't bother."
