"I’ve gone to her off and on throughout my teen and 20s and kept saying my period pain was terrible just to be told it’s “normal” (btw that kinda pain isn’t normal, COMMON maybe but not normal). I switched to a different Gyno and was tested every kind of way and then when nothing could be found I was scheduled for a endoscopy to see what was going on since the tests weren’t showing anything and , surprise! I have endometriosis. I really wish I could sue for negligence and brushing off my pain as nothing. It took 20 years to finally get what I needed done. She should have done every test in the book until the issue was found instead of being told “it’s normal here’s some BC”. Please do better"

"10000% disappointed in this office. Dr. Ware is very soft spoken and seems unsure about things. There are a lot of communication issues. Don’t bother sending a message through the portal because they will not reply. If you call and ask to speak to a nurse, they either won’t call or wait till the end of the day to return your call when you called first thing in the morning. There’s no reason a pregnant woman should wait 8 hrs for a call back. The ultrasound tech rushes through everything taking 2-5 min. I went to the emergency room and was placed on bed rest. Dr. Ware said that I did not need to be on bed rest since the ultrasound did not show anymore blood. 2 days later I return to the emergency room for the same bleeding caused by the subchorionic bleed which should’ve been caught through the ultrasound Dr. Wares tech completed. She dismissed my bleeding as if it weren’t important, when it clearly was. She did not fully educate me on what was going on or what caused the bleeding. If this had been caught, I could’ve avoided returning to the emergency room. She was more concerned about the weight I lost from morning sickness than the bleeding. She almost had me admitted to the hospital for the weight loss from morning sickness, which no other OB agrees with. I needed to take STD leave from my job and they took almost 2 weeks to complete the paperwork and then called me saying they couldn’t fill the paperwork out because I switched OBs which was incorrect. If you’re wanting an OB office that’s competent and one that will be there for you when needed….. this is not the office. I do no trust her with my life or my babies life. For the incompetence, I have decided to seek care elsewhere and I do not regret it."

"So far, I’m highly disappointed in this doctor and this office. A lot of things I can’t talk about because it’s medical but I will say that from talking to more than one patient, she’s the kind of doctor who will blame health issues on weight, even if it’s an autoimmune disorder. If you can’t come in because you got your monthly, the staff also finds it funny to reschedule exactly 28 days later (which if you’ve taken health class you learn that’s the typical length of a cycle). I personally have some legitimate health concerns that were not listened to. This is the kind of place that makes people not trust doctors."

"Dr. Ware is an excellent surgeon and always provides exceptional care. She is very thorough and addresses my concerns in detail. Over the years, I have had multiple procedures and I have been very happy with her care and bedside manner. Highly recommend!"

"Do no waste your time going to this "doctor". I went to an appointment with my friend and Dr. Ware was rude and was not listening to anything she was saying. Instead she was talking over her. My friend has been telling Dr. Ware that she has been having heavy cycles for 8 months and nothing has been done. She has put her on a depo shot instead of finding out the real reason why she is having these 4 weeks long heavy periods. There has not been any imaging done at ALL just different birth controls. Dr. Ware is not a problem solving doctor, she is just a temporary solution doctor. Hopefully, no one else has to experience what my friend had too."
