"The office is nice and staff is caring/friendly. Dr. McKay made me feel completely dismissed from the get go. I followed his instructions for what he felt was going on (due to my age) and still didn’t feel better and he basically said he’s seen women worse than me that are asymptomatic so he didn’t believe my pain.When I asked how to prevent the pain in the future (thinking diet or supplements) he told me surgery or just wait. The entire visit was so upsetting. I got a second opinion elsewhere and was actually given options and felt heard."
