"I love Dr. Diagle, but the office policy needs revising. I had to find another Gyn in 2019 because Dr. Daigel’s office does not accept Medicaid. I had BCBS prior to having Medicaid. I am now gainfully employed again and have BCBS. I called to make an appointment and was told they do not take patients back if they see another GYN. Remember that if you ever have to do something different because your status has changed."
"Would not recommend this office or provider. I was a cash pay patient, so they gave me a payment plan to be paid off by a certain point in my pregnancy. There were several things, such as ultrasounds, rhogam shot I had to have, gestational diabetes test, etc that were not covered under this plan. They didn’t let me know that upfront, which left me confused as to what care my payment plan (ob adendum) actually covered. I was ready and willing to pay for whatever care needed, but they never seemed to know the fees for anything when I asked, and never let me know anything when calling to confirm my appointment or upon scheduling my next. Very unorganized front office staff. The ultrasound tech was always so sweet and friendly, as were most of my nurses. I had heard mostly great things about Dr. Daigle prior to choosing her as my provider. Baby measured large for part of my 3rd trimester but growth appeared to plateau closer to my due date, so induction due to size was never discussed (although I know ultrasounds/fundal height measurements aren’t always accurate). The appt before I went into labor, I asked again if we needed to do any additional growth scans and how she thought baby was measuring, and she didn’t indicate to me that there were any issues. Dr. Daigle did inform me that she would be on vacation the week of my due date(4/4), and offered to induce me to ensure that she would be attending my delivery. I declined, stating that I only wanted to induce for a medical reason— we had discussed elective induction previously and she told me that my cervix was unfavorable for induction anyways. After my appt that day, I got a call offering an appt for induction (check in to hospital 4/4 night, deliver 4/5) since Daigle would be out of town the week of my due date. I declined. I went into labor 4/1 (the weekend, so Dr. Daigle was not there to deliver) and delivered 4/2 an 8 lb 11 oz little girl. She had ingested meconium, broken clavicle during birth due to shoulder dystocia and vacuum assisted delivery. I hemorrhaged and almost needed a blood transfusion, my daughter was whisked away to the nursery, then the nicu, and I wasn’t able to hold her until the next day. She was on antibiotics, a cpap to help her breathe, and had a feeding tube. I know things happen and I am not directly blaming Dr. Daigle for any of this. But after going through this traumatic experience, I was hoping to talk through it at my 4 week postpartum checkup as she had all the notes from my delivery and was aware of everything that happened. Instead, I was basically told “I told you so” when in fact, I was never told to deliver early due to these risks. Only because she would be on vacation. No sympathy, no “I’m so sorry that happened” or “I’m so glad you are both ok”. Just some condescending words and made to feel like it was my fault this happened."
"Dr. Daigle is gentle and caring. I feel like she really listens and takes her time during each appointment. I’d recommend her to everyone I know!"
"When I left there I felt judged. My only health issue turned out to be high cholesterol and about 40 lbs overweight, but she made me feel like there was something about me that she didn’t approve of. Ive not been willing to let her know how she affected me because I did not want to revisit it, but when a colleague mentioned to me that she was going to see Dr Daigle this summer, I verified it was the one I had experienced and decided to share my thoughts."
"Dr. Daigle has delivered my three babies and I couldn’t be more happy with her! She is everything you could ask for and want in a doctor! Her bedside manners and her heart are over the top! I’ll never go anywhere else and I refer all of my friends to her! They all love her as much as I do!"
