"Dr. Katherine Williams may claim to have your best interest in mind but that is far from the truth. As a first time mother, she did not present me with all of my options nor did she help me prepare for childbirth in any way whatsoever! Dr. Katherine and her staff also pressured me into a ridiculous amount of extremely expensive bloodwork without being transparent about the prices. I felt as though they were just there to take my money. The staff is extremely rude, the doctors don't like questions, and the wait time is 45+ minutes for a max 5 minute appointment. I can say from personal experience that if you want a natural delivery that Dr. Katherine Williams is NOT the obgyn for you!"

"This clinic seems to run very efficient. You move quickly into designated areas - ultrasound, exam room, etc. without much delay. The ultrasound was the fastest I have ever experienced, lasting less than 10 minutes - but now I am hoping that all details were captured. Test results and office summaries are not posted to the portal until they are requested. Dr. Williams seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful with answering any questions you may have. And the person who setup my initial appointment was very friendly along with all of the office staff. I’m new to this clinic and hope to update this review again after my annual wellness visit in the fall. Stay tuned!"

"I had to wait several months to get a new patient appointment. Dr. Williams doesn’t do annual exams right now apparently, so I was scheduled with a nurse practitioner even though I asked to see the doctor for my first visit. A few days before my appointment they called and said they would have to reschedule me a MONTH later because I am not an established patient and can’t see NP without seeing Dr. Williams first....would have liked to go here since she came recommended, but it is very difficult to get an appointment with this doctor."

"Dr. Williams has been my doctor for 18 years, and I have never had anything but WONDERFUL experiences with her!! She was with me through several miscarriages and did everything she could (research, sending me to a specialist when needed, etc)! She never waited to see what would happen next .... instead was right in it with my first miscarriage. She has since delivered my 4 beautiful children. They were not always easy pregnancies, but she gave me special attention and was there for me through all of them! She has felt more like a friend than a doctor through the years!!"

"After waiting a week and a half I go to my appointment for the first time being there. They go on to tell me I had no appointment. Already confused they tell me Dr Williams can't take me and transfer me to another doctor who takes Medicare. (All my life I've had Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield because my dad worked for the FBI, after my birthday this past November I was taken off because I turned 26. I have seen a HUGE difference in how you are treated with GREAT insurance and down to Medicare. It's hilariously disgusting in my eyes.) Now, after they told me about this other doctor, they set me up for Friday (tomorrow) at 9 but to show up early to fill out paper work. I really liked this office and felt comfortable so far. Now this is where I'm really confused. Today I received a call from these people telling me they can't take me. Because this other doctor I wasn't even going to see said its best I went somewhere else. And Dr Williams specifically telling me when I was at the hospital to immediately make an appointment with HER. And for them to tell me to go to some other doctor. (who I met for a whole minute and she didn't even know what was wrong with me in the hospital.) I just found out two weeks ago that I was 32 weeks pregnant and needed to find an OBGYN immediately. It's been a cat and mouse game with these people. And after this phone call today, I just feel like I'm being pushed to the side when I really need some help and a crash coarse on all of this crap. Dr Williams office is a joke in my eyes now. I bet if I had my Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield there wouldn't be a problem right now. Now I have to make an appointment with another doctor and wait a whole other week. I'm 34 weeks pregnant now. Times running short. And they don't care."
