"They lost my verification of enrollment form after having told me prior that it hadn’t been filled out yet. The second time I checked back with them, a whole week after dropping it off, it was just gone. Very incompetent behavior from people that handle sensitive documents."

"It’s frustrating when they have student Answering questions. They don’t seem sure and if they transfer you over. You’re required to listen to all the options again. It’s pointless calling this place. I spent nearly 15 minutes on hold. When I asked what took so long. His response was the same as others. They’re understaff. I know of community colleges that has better communication than this place. Instead of being able to speak with an actual adult. They give you to students."

"I called today to ask about why the CON said I could register for classes today and it wasn’t going through. She was rude, talking over me (probably because I’m so young), and basically didn’t help find the answer to my question or explain it. Why are you letting rude people be the face of this office? I called CON and they immediately understood and explained it to me. College of Nursing has the best and most HARDWORKING (because seems like this lady was maybe lazy) staff because they all try to find the answer even if it takes them 5-10 minutes ( the registrar lady was on the phone for 3 mins or less). Why do I even bother trying to call this office if all they do is be rude?"

"This is for the Registrar's Office. They do a great job finding what people need, or at least attempting to help. It is a nice office and the people there are very nice."
