"Great agent and all around good person. We couldn’t ask for anyone better. She’s very dedicated to her job and clients. She’s very knowledgeable about life insurance. She definitely has a true passion for her job. She presents herself in a very professional, educated manner. She’s one of the very few who actually cares and is always there to listen and help. She has been taking care of me and the whole family for some years now. We were just recently informed she is no longer with the Colonial Life. After learning that, we have all switched all of our policies over to Bankers Life through Brianna. We don’t want any other agent and we refuse to deal with anyone else. We have never had any issues, complaints, concerns or problems with her on our end. She’s very thorough in her work and always recommends only what is needed and doesn’t push for more like other sales people do. She always picks up the phone when we have questions and always has the answers we need whether it is the answers we want or not. She has always been very upfront and honest with us. I was very excited to learn she is now doing Medicare because we are all of Medicare age now and we know we all have someone we can trust to handle all of our Medicare needs as well. If you aren’t doing business with Brianna well you should be. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone."

"Brianna sold me on a group health insurance rate for my employees by promising affordable rates that I would be able to pay as an employer. After confirming that my folks were set up with their plans, I come to find out that she didn't actually submit anything for them. She claimed that the system was down at the time and that's why nothing went through, even though she had given me a green light to begin withholding the appropriate wages from my employees checks. I contacted Humana directly and provided her information to them to try and see if something was lost in the system. Turns out that she isn't even authorized to sell group rates through Humana and that the numbers she had quoted me and my employees were totally inaccurate. Try to call and text her for more information, and she doesn't respond. Then, just a few days ago, I find out that she has enrolled one of my employees in a plan that will cost him over $900 a month after promising him a rare closer to $50 a month. So I try to call her and find out what's going on and how we can get him out of it - and nothing. She gets what she wants then she disappears like a ghost. Steer clear. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed by the lack of professionalism that has been displayed here."
