"Small store with three employees grouped up behind the sales counter that were more into socializing with each other than engaging with customers. Honestly, as small as the store is, I'm not sure why they had three people on the clock, we were the only customers in the store, and they never even acknowledged our presence."

"Thought we would check out our West Marine today for my husbands birthday. 3 girls behind the counter having a great time. No hello for us. Never came out to offer help. We walked around and then headed for the door. Then they said :Have a nice day." Guess we weren't invisible after all."

"Went in to look for ‘Purple Blaster’ which is a popular cleaner and degreaser for pontoon boats. Older woman working there laughed at me and directed me to the cleaners they had which are grossly overpriced. Generic boat cleaner soap was there for almost $40. I used to come here and browse but I will no longer visit this store or recommend it to anyone I know. The worker could’ve at least asked for more info about what it is in particular I was looking for and maybe even offered to order it, but at those prices I’m scared how much it would be for."

"I'm going to give it a 4 only bc it has a wide variety of necessary items to get back in water asap compared to other stores that carry boating accessories. But you would think a store that all they did was wholesale boating products that it would be at least a little cheaper. If you can wait order online. Half the price. But if you need it now then most likely they have it just be prepared to pay for it twofold."
