"Extremely knowledgeable staff, friendly atmosphere, and a great place to start getting into biking. They took very good care of me and made sure I fit my bike well. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Coming back to update the review: I loved my aluminum Domane AL2 so much but wish I would’ve gotten hydraulic brakes, so I came back here to upgrade. Ended up on a Carbon Emonda SL6. If you’re waiting to pull the trigger on carbon do it right now! Insane difference in comfort and handling, not to mention the weight. The difference over bumps or patches of gravel is night and day. Chris, John, and Jonathan thank you again for the amazing service. After my first day taking the bike home, I heard a noise coming from the crank I was nervous about. The team went out of their way to fit me in for a second look on the bike with my tight work schedule, and went above and beyond from there to make sure I was taken care of. These guys will have my business forever, and I cannot recommend them enough. Make absolute sure to put Trek Mandeville on your list if you’re looking for a bike or getting into cycling!"

"Couldn’t be happier with the service and experience I received from the Trek store in Mandeville. John, Johnathan, Pete and Chris were all very knowledgeable, patient and informative. They helped me with the purchase of my first road bike. Coming from a mountain bike background, everything was new and different. They helped me to manage expectations and talked me through every aspect of the bikes. It was very important to them that I ended up on the right bike to fit my expectations. While I was nervous about it, they insisted I demo 4 different bikes to truly get a feel for what was going to be most comfortable for me. I was not expecting that level of service and attentiveness to my needs. Chris said their biggest concern is me walking out with a bike that I wasn’t going to be 100% happy with - it was never about ‘making a sale’ for them.
