"Marcus Nixon is great until there is a misunderstanding. Then instead of having good customer service he doesn’t care to hear both sides of the story. And hangs up in your face instead of coming to an understanding and both parties being happy with each other. Don’t try to move your payment up any no matter what. They will tell you that you don’t have to worry about it till the 20th and take almost $700 out on the 6th. I don’t write reviews ever. This is my first actually. but this is need to know. He assumed a situation and didn’t care to hear what it actually was. Cody Ross was the back bone of this company when it came to customer service. Now that he’s gone I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone"
