"Tiffany was rude and unfriendly on the phone. Had a concern in regards to my account and she asked if she could call me back. I said yes and 7hrs later I was still waiting. I called back and she answered and said I remember I was suppose to call you I just hadn't. She did not care that I was waiting. The rest of the conversation went down hill.
