"Update on 10/20/23: It gets worse. Order came after a month and multiple date changes, only to be severely damaged on both sides. Store doesn't answer phone and I call customer care for refund. They have to process refund through store. Incompetent store manager actually calls me and places a new order on 9/29/23. Delivery date changes multiple times and no order status available. Store doesn't answer phone each time I call to check status and go through customer care. They confirm item arriving 10/16/23. Date changes to 10/20/23. Customer care assures me it is arriving. Date changes to 10/23/23. I call to request refund and customer care is rude. They have to send through store and store will follow up. I don't hear from store. Ask customer care if I can file a complaint, they say sure, but it only goes back to the store management....THEY ARE THE PROBLEM! Then they discuss internally and decide if it should be resolved. What an unfunny joke. Awful company, awful store....I suppose this is what happens when the patients get to run the asylum. Absolute madness. It really seems planned, this level of disorder and incompetence garnished with rudeness. You should avoid shopping here, ever. As for my response to the owner's response: You obviously are not prioritizing customer satisfaction or providing any level of customer care whatsoever. Stores do not provide any acceptable form of service, customer care sends you back to the store for any issues with the store, and there is no actual resolution...ever. If you actually do care about your customers you will actually DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Or maybe you can just respond back for me to call customer service at 1-800-blahblahblahblahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Original Review: Rudest and most incompetent employees on the face of the planet. But they learn from a corporation that teaches them to not care, to not provide adequate service, and to not live up to guarantees. I ordered an appliance and now am waiting a month for it to arrive. They keep sending me delivery appointments and then canceling them in the early hours of the expected date. I called the store (Lowe's makes you deal with the uncaring employees at the store in these situations!) to inquire why my date keeps changing and was treated like trash. The Lowe's "representative" was so unbelievably angry at me for asking one question. And then she just hung up. Yes, just hung up on someone that just spent hundreds of dollars at their store. I can think of no other business, big or small, where I have been treated as poorly as I have been at Lowe's. Unfortunately in our area there aren't options and we are forced to wade into this pit of horror. It would be fantastic to have a properly-run store nearby. The only things you are guaranteed here are wasted time, graying hairs, and angry people. This place needs corporate to come and initiate a massive customer-focused training program or needs to replace every employee in management at this location. Despicable."
"Went to purchash over $300 tool system but they did not carry the sockets that went with it. Drive to Home Depot unfortunately. DOUBLE CHECK BOXES-usually end up missing a piece and I have to go back only to find out that i purchased the last box. Order online. 3 stars because most of the employees are awesome! Esp. The manager who's foot was in a walking cast 2 weeks ago. She is phenomenal."
