"Went with my girlfriend who is a big Britney Spears fan. The lady who runs the museum was nice and provides a quick tour. It was informative (at least for me who doesn't know everything there is to know about Britney) and enjoyable. She then left us alone to explore further by ourselves and take pictures. Nice collection with a variety of fun things including fan mementos. To have your picture taken with wings you need to pay $3 cash, but she does accept further donations. I think you should give her a little extra to help do your part of keeping the place going if you're a big enough fan to come to Kentwood and see the place. Also worth noting that the door was locked when we got there. There's clear instructions to ring the doorbell which we had to do twice. We might not have pressed it well enough the first time, we're not sure, but if you're there during the posted operating hours, don't panic if you don't get an answer immediately."
"Great museum if you’re a Britney Fan, there’s also some stuff on the agricultural history and industrial history of Kentwood, but this didn’t really tickle my pickle. The woman who runs it is called Fay, real character, banging lady."
"Me and my daughter stopped by for the Britney exhibit and it did not disappoint. The woman was so sweet. She walked us through the exhibit and told us all about everything. It is free to get in - which is what I read prior to going. However, there is a $3 fee for a photo with the wings and donations are appreciated. They do not take credit cards, so please make sure you go with some extra cash… don’t be like us. I plan on going back and donating to help support this museum. I’m so glad we went. I have been wanting to come here for many, many years now."
"My husband and I had such a great time! Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's been my dream to see this place since 1999. I expected it to be smaller, it totally exceeded my expectations! Britney Spears exhibit felt like seeing an old childhood friend rather than a world famous star. It absolutely represents Britney's spirit and personality, in my opinion. Thank you again for the tour and for everything you do to keep the place running."
"I love small, hometown museums. Fay gave me a great tour highlighting life in Kentwood, the military, the home front during World War II and Britney Spears. If you enjoy Americana, this is a great stop."
