"AC broke in the place, went 4 days without AC in 90 degree temp then the company told me I was living in "unlivable" or "unsanitary" conditions - the AC unit flooded damaging the unit, and my lease wasn't renewed, but I'm happy to be gone."

"Stayed here for the 25th Anniversary of Crusin The Coast! The apartment was very nice, quiet, clean and close to the beach. Only minor problem is parking, each spot would need to be labeled for an apartment. Would highly recommend staying here for vacations. Will definitely be back in the future!!"
