The Sound at St. Martin

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! BTW the good reviews comes partlyfrom their friends,because few times they were running around aking people to write something good about them. What can i say after a year of being there: First of all, the most incompetent service I have ever encountered. Without delving into details, either they don't know what they're doing or they know exactly what they're doing to scam you into additional costs. What they practice is plain scam. The buildings seem to be made of paper. When my neighbor upstairs decided to have a phone conversation with her friend at midnight, I could participate in that conversation. If your neighbor has a dog that cries a lot when no one is home, you cry along with it. The apartments have bathtubs, but the water heaters don't even last for two showers, so forget about using the bathtub. The furniture and equipment seem to have been found at garage sales, and the windows are not sealed at all. So get use to incredible heat or hundreds of dollars for electrical bill. It took them 4 months to repair the entrance gate, when they did still did not work properly, so from time to time You stand by the gate hoping that someone will show up. Dumsters photo attached. Window from the picture was just washed but unfortunatly the mold did not want to come of. Actually, after a year in this place, I have nothing good to say about them. If you can, stay away from this place, it's dirty, not welcoming and cost way more than they say it will."

"Was there a year and loved every minute. Pet friendly is an understatement! They love having your fur babies visit them at the office. Almost every apartment in my building had at least one pet. Both Nancy and Alexa were great and I can’t thank them enough for providing a great place to call home. My cats absolutely loved the screened porch, they could safely be outside for hours and they seemed to really like the kind neighbors walking by and talking to them. A++"

"I have been at this complex for a little over a year now. The apartments themselves are nice and spacious, and its just far enough from Downtown Ocean Springs, that you are not affected by the traffic and commotion. The new maintenance staff that has been hired on, are phenomenal and very attentive and knowledgeable on what they are servicing. It seems to be a very pet friendly community (I don't have any pets), but just from what I can see. The pool is a resort style pool, with cabanas and palm trees, so it is very nice to sit out there during the summer. The only complaint I would have to say about the property itself, which has nothing to do with the staff, is that the 1-Bedroom apartments seem to be all on the front row, and if you have a apartment facing the road, the noise can be quite loud when you are trying to sleep, as it is the south, we know how people love their truck exhausts to be loud and obnoxious."

"Sound Apartments in St. Martin, Ocean Springs, is a hidden gem! The community is beautiful, and the apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities are outstanding, including a pool and fitness center. The location is convenient, close to shopping and the beach. The staff is friendly and responsive, making it feel like home. The only minor drawback could be limited parking, but it's a small trade-off for such a fantastic living experience. Sound Apartments is a great place to call home in Mississippi."
