"A quick summary: I lived in this area for the past seven years and there have been different managers who have done different things in this time frame. They all worked with my family and I am forever grateful for everything. For the most part we didn’t have very many maintenance issues but whenever we did they quickly got it resolved. In the end the last six to eight months tho there were a few issues that came up and didn’t get resolved. Make sure that anyone who moves here check to see if you will be by any people who smokes because your apartment will smell like theirs. Not sure if they wait until people move out to fix everything or what but rent is toooo expensive to pay and issues don’t get resolved in a timely manner. So the new name of these apartments is called Ocean Shores Residential."

"THE NEW STAFF IS SO BAD not Mrs. Patti she doesn’t work here anymore . Our air went out on the hottest weekend in history and has been out for 5 days, we went to let them know in person since they never contacted or responded to us after leaving multiple (5-6) emergency work order messages. They told us when we got there that they have been trying to work on it for the last 3-4 days and to get out of their office and that we don’t know what we’re talking about. I talked to the maintenance man he said that he had just gotten a message about it the yesterday and he went out and looked at it but that’s all. He asked if we wanted a window unit, we could’ve been had a window unit or something if only they tried to contact us back or even try to help us… it’s been 94° in my house since 7/1 and today is 7/6"

"I'm currently a resident here and I love it. The staff is very professional, helpful, honest and caring people. You will always be welcomed in with a smile rather it's your first time walking in the office or if you have lived out here for years. Something that really makes me feel great about living here is that they look out for our children. They hold a lot of fun events for our children to enjoy. They also are so sweet and helpful to our elderly residents. This is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. If there are any maintenance problems they are very guick about fixing them even after hours and weekends. I have never stayed in a better apartment than these. The grounds are very well kept. I mean th grass is always cut, no trash on the ground, very clean pool, lounge area in the office, cool exercise facility and nice playground. Anybody who says any different about living out here they were probably in the wrong in some kind of way. When it comes to their professionalism they are top notch. I could go on and on about this place but it would probably turn into an essay but, if your looking for a wonderful apartment look no more because Juan De Cuevas is it."

"Management has changed the time in the last two years, but the new management seems more determined to keep her job. She tells you how it is and how it is not going to be. Which you can't get mad at. The community is beautiful. They make an effort to keep it up. And since the new management, the maintenance staff has been on there 'A' game. If you love kids there is a park which every kid the complex will be standing in front of in the evenings so please drive slow. We didn't go out to the park much when we lived out there due to the kids, but to each his own. There is a pool and volley ball court (never in use) it would be better if they took out all that sand and put a basketball court there instead. There are a few activities for the community. But not as many as the previous management. Win some you lose some. At the end of the day this is a great income restricted residence to get you on your feet and start saving. No big dogs like pits or "dangerous animals". Water is paid in addition to your rent. And electric is Singing River."
