"I have lived here for going on 3 years. The apartments are sizable, especially for the rent amount. However, with that being said the maintenance staff and office staff make this a miserable place to live. Every time there is an issues they take weeks to months to fix it. I had to mail the them a certified letter to get them to fix my dishwasher after a year of complaining that it was broken. I complained about loud neighbors for over a year and nothing was ever done about it. Now I feel as if I am being retaliated against for simply asking maintenance to fix appliances that the apartment complex is responsible for, as I have gotten multiple “infraction” notices, the latest for for “destruction of property” because when maintenance came to look at my dryer, two weeks after it was reported broken, the litter boxes for my cats were not cleaned out yet."

"I’ve been in my very first apartment for it would have been 4 years Oct. I feel on hard times with my health and I haven’t been able to work. So I get assistance while I wait for benefits to start. I’m confused because it was the greatest feeling to be able to afford a nice environment for living in these hard times not just for myself. Well, that’s how our relationship started. With all the lost of money orders, 3day notices because government assistance has set days and if it falls on holidays it can be delays(which Mrs Tracy stated I wouldn’t have to worry about that ever) and due to me getting assistance I’m charged $100 more for rent, my late fees for a 35.00 water bill is 96$. It’s constantly harassment. But I’m always Okgrateful so I don’t complain and God provides a way. Recently this year my health took about leap. I received another diagnosis, and I was involved in a stalking situation where my apartment was vandalized. Which I reported to police, obtain a restraining order and order of protection and I had to pay for damages. Tracy told me my neighbors signed a letter stating the individual was living with me, and she gave him correspondence to my apartment which I had no knowledge of. Since then the harassment has heightened. I’m still surviving. Also recently we had the water meters replaced in each unit. Well some how when they replaced mines, a valve broke. On my portal I’m being charged for those damages. But the new Manager (make) told me just continue to pay my portion. It will come off. Now my washer hasn’t been working for over a month now, and honestly I’m ok because I’m able to go to laundry place to wash. I was told they were backed up. My upstairs neighbors have been going through some things and the noise and stumping has damaged small appliances, pictures on the walls, and even two flat screens televisions. Still being grateful. I maintain. I’m posting this because another situation with Mrs Tracy Newton has surfaced. I’ve left several messages, emails and have been to the office. So I’m on the website and I see corporate is responding to these reviews, so I thought I’ll put my concerns on here as well. Remind you this is my attempt to fight for my apartment because I honestly love it here despite everything. So this is my leap of faith please."

"Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Trash everywhere. Everything needs pressure wash and update. Police here all the time. Woke us up again last night to police cars and car alarms. Stuck in this contract for another 10 months. Pay the extra money to live anywhere but here. I have multiple neighbors that can’t wait to get out also."

"Horrible place to live. As you can see there is a retention pond a few feet away but it floods every time it rains. Have to put trash on car to travel it to the one dumpster located in the front. The office manager is a real piece of work. She is on work probation for doing dirty stuff to the tenants. It hasn’t changed anything and to make it worse the upper management sends her an email with your name when you file a complaint and she will make sure to make your life hell. Supposed to be low income apartments but 795 is far from low income and you can literally rent a house for cheaper. Stray away"
