"Just want to share my experience with Edgewater Pointe Apartments and thank both Yasin, and the manager (Kacey) for all their help. Although due to an error in my relocation documents I had to return out of state to fix it they were very understanding and I totally appreciate it. As for the property it is under new ownership and the unit I was to reside in after the renovations I am sure it will be a nice home I was able to see all the repairs needed to get it ready and they were diligent in that process during my visit. After having traveled some 2,000 miles this was a great location near the beach with many local amenities like a mall, restaurants, retail stores, fueling stations, gyms, casinos, and etc."
