"Very nice apartment complex! Moved here in February and have had an amazing experience. Affordable, close to shopping and entertainment, safe/low on crime, and has very professional staff. I am also lucky to have polite and courteous neighbors and be able to walk to Walmart as well without wasting gas! Plan to be here for a while!"

"It is absolutely ridiculous and rude how they treat elderly tenants. My 79 year old aunt lived there for over 10 years and when she turned in a 30 day notice to vacate the property because she could no longer endure the upstairs apartment, she was treated bad every since. Can anyone tell me what kind of person turns off the electricity in an apartment when it's 96 degrees outside while they are moving out. I'll tell you what kind someone who has no sympathy or concern for their elderly tenants. They are charging ridiculous rent rates at an apartment that was built in the 80s and needs all kinds of upgrades. I'm super disappointed in the management at this apartment complex. It seems moving was a great decision. And please do not respond with some haphazard rebuttal because the property is trash and so id management. Some gray paint doesn't make everything better."

"I’ve only live here less then a month - so far o notice the property is well taken care of. The dog trash is emptied frequently, the pool is clean and nice to swim in, all common area/ amenities are well taken care of. All these areas are used a lot but someone is take care of it all. Also if you ask for maintenance help, it’s done before the end of the day. And the lady that works the office - supper sweet- the whole team is nice but I really liked the lady that I first met when I came. The beach is nasty ; don’t go in the water"

Cindy & Stephanie are 'top shelf' professional managers with super personalities & smiles who strive to create a warm, friendly, caring & safe environment for residents. I'm a widow, so this is very important to me. Maintenance staff are quick & effective in meeting any repair needs. I love my apartment home where I truly feel 'at home' just a 5 minute walk from the beach & in a perfect location for shopping whether for groceries or clothing, & near great restaurants & entertainment!"

"We had a wonderful experience staying here at Royal Gulf! We've lived all over the country (military) and this has been one of the best places we've ever stayed. This is a quiet and established apartment complex that's only a 5 minute walk to the beach! It's tucked in a great location, with enough separation from the mall and surrounding stores to make it feel like 'home'. We were treated like family as soon as we moved in! Stephanie and Cindy were always very accommodating and polite whenever we had questions or needed anything! The few times we had maintenance requests, they were completed very quickly. This front office is well-managed, and they did a phenomenal job handling COVID-19 in a balanced manner. Would highly recommend! We wish we could stay here longer!"
